In Paris, the best university of course is the Sorbonne but it's nearly impossible to enter in. You need to be like a straight A student since the beginning of your studies to get in! It is the most selective university of France !
If you're into the beach, I would recommend Nice. For the others I will have to check out which one are cool. You really need to be careful in your choice cuz some universities, depending on where they are located are really not the ones I would recommend to you for a safe experience haha i'll let you know more in time.
